I thought everyone can benefit from a one bowl breakfast that is fast and easy for their morning routines. So the bowl it is.
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Juice Plus+ Complete
- 2 Tbs Chia Seeds
- 8 oz. of water or almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs shredded coconut
- top with a handful of walnuts
- Add chia seeds and complete and stir in water/ desired liquid.
- Once the stirred to desired consistency add cinnamon, coconut and walnuts.
